Company Privacy Policy
Information handling for this marketing website and business enquiries.
Last updated: 2 October 2026. This revision updates the company website privacy policy originally dated 30 March 2024.
1. Scope
This notice describes how Nabberx Technologies handles information in connection with nabberx.com, business enquiries and related website operations. It does not describe all processing within Nabberx Shield or another product platform. Product accounts, evidence uploads and client data processing must be assessed under the relevant product notice and agreement.
2. Information and purposes
- Enquiry information: name, business email, phone number, subject and message supplied through the contact form. We use it to respond, understand requirements and maintain relevant business correspondence.
- Other business contact information: company details and information you provide in email or other communications, used to discuss and deliver an agreed engagement.
- Technical and security records: hosting may record IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and errors. The supplied website uses session cookies, form validation and IP-based rate limiting to protect forms and authorized access.
- Usage information: the production homepage loads Google Analytics only after optional Analytics is allowed, which may then collect website/device interaction information to help understand website use.
Please do not include passwords, confidential client evidence, sensitive identity documents or unrelated personal information in the enquiry form. Public blog comments are visible to other visitors; the supplied comment form's email is not displayed publicly.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Session cookies support form security and authorized sessions. Optional Google Analytics stays off until you allow it through our cookie controls. You may reject it or change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer. Our Cookie Policy explains storage and preference lifetimes. When allowed, Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers according to the configuration in use. Third-party font requests and external websites may also receive technical request information. Your browser can manage or block cookies, although some features may then fail.
Google provides information about its data practices and an Analytics opt-out tool. Browser settings and an opt-out tool are not a substitute for any consent mechanism required for a particular use or jurisdiction.

4. Sharing and external services
We do not sell personal information. Relevant information may be handled by hosting, email, Analytics and other service providers supporting website and business operations. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect legal rights. We do not describe a vendor as a processor or promise a particular data location without the relevant arrangement.
Following a link to another website brings you under that site's privacy practices. Our marketing website notice does not replace those notices.
5. Retention
Information is retained according to its purpose, ongoing correspondence or engagement, legitimate recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. Technical record retention depends on hosting and service configuration. No fixed deletion period is promised by this notice. You may contact us about a particular record or deletion request.
6. Security
The supplied website includes safeguards such as form validation, CSRF protection, spam controls and protected administrative access. These controls reduce risk; they do not guarantee that every attack or unauthorized disclosure can be prevented. Hosting configuration, mailbox access and operating procedures also affect security.
7. Requests and choices
Contact connect@nabberx.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, ask a privacy question or stop further marketing communications. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. We will assess requests under applicable law, contractual obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs. This is not a promise that every statutory right is already in force or applies to every record.
8. Changes and contact
We will publish updates on this page with a revised date. For questions or concerns about this website's handling of information, contact connect@nabberx.com and specify the relevant enquiry or record. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed.
