SEBI-regulated entities
Stock brokers, investment advisers, research analysts and asset management teams assessing applicable CSCRF requirements.
Evidence-based IT Risk & Readiness Assessment Platform
Bring your evidence into a structured CSCRF/DPDP readiness assessment. Rule-based analysis and assessor review help turn findings into a clear PDF report and remediation priorities.
Assessment scope, evidence requirements and delivery milestones are agreed before the engagement begins.
Stock brokers, investment advisers, research analysts and asset management teams assessing applicable CSCRF requirements.
Teams organising control evidence, identifying gaps and preparing for security or data protection reviews.
Risk and compliance teams that need traceable findings and a practical remediation plan.
Regulatory applicability varies by entity and activity. NBFCs should confirm their applicable regulator and framework; NBFC status alone does not establish SEBI CSCRF applicability.
Control obligations need interpretation in the context of your organisation and applicable framework.
Exports, records and owner responses spread across systems can leave gaps or conflicting information.
Teams need a consolidated view of evidence quality, findings and the work still required.
Shield supports readiness planning. It does not replace a required regulatory audit, legal advice or independent certification.
Start with the environment you need to understand. Agree the entities, systems, assessment date and evidence sources before submitting information.
Account inventories, access assignments and relevant privilege records.
Patch status, update records and agreed exception evidence.
Asset inventory, ownership and technology lifecycle information.
Protection coverage and the supported endpoint status exports.
Backup configuration, execution records and available restoration evidence.
Response procedures, responsibilities and available incident records.
Third-party inventories and relevant assurance records.
The supported JSON schemas define what can be assessed. Policy records and supplementary documents are included only where agreed. DPDP readiness topics must be expressly scoped; technical evidence alone cannot establish legal compliance.
Outside the standard scope: statutory audits, certification, penetration testing, legal opinions and implementation of remediation. These require separate arrangements.
Agree the deliverables before the engagement begins, so IT owners and leadership have a shared expectation.
A management view of the reviewed scope, key observations, material gaps and evidence limitations.
Findings connected to supported records, with assessment context and agreed control references.
Prioritised next steps for your team to assign, plan and track. Remediation implementation is separately scoped.
Report format, review session, permitted recipients and any re-assessment are confirmed in the engagement scope. Findings reflect the evidence and assessment date.
Organise agreed exports across identity, patch, asset, endpoint, backup, incident response and vendor domains.
Quality gates and deterministic rules evaluate supported evidence against the configured assessment scope.
Assessor review adds context and checks findings before the agreed report is finalised.
An executive summary, detailed findings and remediation roadmap help teams plan the next steps.
A focused view across key operational evidence areas.
Applicable control references and mapping coverage are confirmed for the agreed assessment scope.
SHA256 fingerprints support change detection. Hashing does not encrypt files or prove evidence accuracy.
Findings, evidence references and remediation priorities in a shareable report.
Confirm available capabilities, supported exports and the final assessment scope during onboarding. A selected control mapping is not full coverage of every CSCRF obligation.
Structured evidence submission and supported rule-based checks reduce repetitive preparation.
Evidence references and fingerprints help connect observations to the supplied records.
Human review supports interpretation, with deliverables and timing agreed for your engagement.
Assessment coverage, evidence requirements and milestones are agreed before the engagement.
Define the assessment around your environment, evidence sources and reporting needs.
Selected systems or priority evidence domains, with reviewed findings and action priorities.
Multiple evidence domains brought together for IT planning and management discussion.
Assessment boundaries, stakeholders and reporting agreed by entity and environment.
The proposal confirms coverage, evidence requirements, deliverables, responsibilities and milestones.
A financial services IT team needs to explain its readiness position across multiple evidence sources before an internal review.
Identity, patch and asset exports sit with different owners. Backup records are available, but the team has not consolidated the evidence or documented its limitations.
Agree the applicable scope, collect supported exports, identify quality gaps, run configured checks and review observations with an assessor.
A single report helps leadership understand the observations and evidence gaps, while IT owners receive prioritised actions to plan follow-up work.
This is a hypothetical scenario, not a customer case study, testimonial or measured result. No compliance outcome or percentage improvement is promised.
No. Shield provides a scoped readiness assessment. It does not certify compliance, guarantee regulatory acceptance or replace mandatory audits.
The proposed package uses seven JSON exports covering identity, patch, asset, endpoint, backup, incident response and vendor evidence. Confirm supported schemas and required fields before exporting. Supply only authorised evidence and remove unnecessary personal data or secrets.
The target is 5 business days from receipt of complete, usable evidence, subject to agreed scope and assessor availability. Missing evidence, clarifications or expanded scope can change the timeline.
SHA256 fingerprints support evidence change detection; they are not encryption. Review the product Security Overview and confirm storage encryption, access controls, retention and processing arrangements before uploading confidential evidence.
Ask for the applicable NDA and DPA for review before sharing confidential or personal data. The terms, processing roles and execution are agreed for the engagement.
Shield has its own product legal framework, separate from Nabberx’s company policies. Read the applicable product documents before signing up or submitting evidence.
