Shield is a separate product offering. Its accounts, assessment evidence, reports and commercial engagements require the applicable product documents and agreed scope. Company website policies do not replace a product agreement or a client data processing agreement.
Published product documents are available through the Shield Legal Hub. Confirm the applicable version and any agreement-specific terms before accepting an engagement or submitting evidence.
Product documents describe their own scope, status and effective terms. Publication of a DPA alone establishes neither execution nor acceptance; the applicable processing arrangements are agreed for the engagement.
