Website use and company service enquiries, with contracted services governed by their agreed terms.

1. Scope and use of this website
These terms apply to use of nabberx.com, the marketing website of Nabberx Technologies. The website introduces our IT system integration and related business technology services. Please use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you do not agree with these website terms, discontinue use of the website.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract, guarantee availability or commit either party to a purchase.
2. Quotes and company services
Paid services, fees, subscriptions, delivery dates, responsibilities, warranties, support and cancellation conditions are governed by the accepted quotation, order, statement of work or signed agreement for that engagement. An expressly agreed contract takes precedence over general website descriptions. Website material does not expand contracted scope.
Payments are due under the agreed commercial terms. Changes to an existing engagement require the notice or agreement specified in that contract; website updates alone do not change a signed agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, misuse forms or post unlawful material. Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share. Legitimate enquiries and security reports are welcome.
4. Accounts and access
Where access credentials are issued for an authorized feature or service, keep them confidential and notify us promptly about suspected compromise. Product accounts are subject to their applicable product terms. We may restrict website access to protect the service or address misuse, subject to applicable law and any agreed contractual obligations.

Nabberx branding and original website materials are owned by Nabberx or used with permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and refer to website information for legitimate business evaluation. Other reproduction or distribution requires permission unless allowed by law.
6. Information and external websites
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change or contain errors. Confirm product suitability, specifications and availability before making a business decision. Links to Shield, DC9 India, SmartBizSoft and other websites lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Website availability and liability
Website access is provided on an as-available basis; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nabberx is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this marketing website. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides an express obligation in a signed service contract.

Our Company Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and related records are handled. A request for contact is not an agreement to product subscriptions or unrelated marketing.

Revised website terms will be published here with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively to website use; existing service agreements follow their own variation provisions.
